Biba Persad

Biba is the Principal of Dyamond Dance and has been running the school since April 2022. After working her way up from student, to teaching assistant, to teacher, to assistant manager to now principal where is she is ecstatic to now be running the school.

Biba is a fully qualified teacher in all styles of dance, with over 10 different teaching qualifications to her name. As well as this she also runs the examination side of the school and is an associate member of the International Dance Teachers Association with a 100% pass rate for all of her students who have taken examinations within the school.

Throughout her performing years Biba won many medals and trophies such as winning national competitions. Biba also has a lot of experience in the performance industry where she has partaken in various music videos, events, shows and support acts for many well-known companies.

Biba attended Dyamond’s first ever class in 2005 and couldn’t be more proud to now call the school her own, it’s true that with hard work dreams really can come true.

Chloella El-Hamri

Chloella is the founder and former Principal of Dyamond Dance and is qualified to teach all styles of dance.

Chloella is also one of the fitness instructors, personal trainers and the choreographer and director of the championship winning street crew.

Chloella has won many awards over the years for her teaching as well as receiving many prestigious business awards for her achievements within the performing arts industry.

After 18 years of running the school, in April 2022 Chloella stepped down as the Principal to concentrate on her family life. However, you will still catch her teaching the popular Zumba classes, choreographing and coaching the competition team and occasionally covering Biba’s classes in her absence.


Rodelle Wade

Rodelle has been with Dyamond Dance from the very beginning, where she started out as an assistant behind the scenes including marketing, general administration and costume designing.

From attending Chloella’s classes, Rodelle soon discovered her love for dance and fitness and made the decision to train to become an instructor herself.

Over the past decade, Rodelle’s classes have gone from strength to strength with numbers and clients increasing dramatically.

Rodelle is known for her kind and nurturing teaching approach whilst still making sure her students achieve all their goals. Rodelle is a versatile and inspiring fitness instructor, and personal trainer.’

Erin Freeman

Erin started her dance life at Dyamond Dance itself at the young age of just 8 years old with our street dance classes!

Since then, Erin has gone on to train in all styles of dance including professionally training at our full-time college achieving her diploma in dance and performing arts.

As well as this Erin has won many awards, grades and certificates through the IDTA, UDO, BDO to name a few.

With Erin’s years of performing and coaching experience she most certainly has the ‘know how’ to teach all styles of urban dance, classical dance, singing and drama classes ensuring that her lessons always have that special Dyamond flare!

George Button

George started dancing at the young age of 10 years old learning street dance here at Dyamond Dance! Since then, he has gone onto train for 12 further years in all styles of dance including acrobatics, contemporary, jazz, ballet, tap and drama to name just a few!

George won a scholarship to train at our full-time college of dance and performing arts where he furthered his studies to a higher level.

Over the years George has won many awards, competitions and certificates in dance, and we are very excited to have him part of the teaching team where he will be specialising in urban dance, drama and children’s entertainment.
